Dyslexia and Dyscalculia Screening Tests – £95 each
These tests consist of a variety of short activities that, when analysed, can indicate whether a student may have a specific learning difficulty, such as dyslexia or dyscalculia. Our screening tests are paper-based and more comprehensive than computer-based assessments. A detailed report is provided, outlining the appropriate interventions and support. Generally, these tests meet the needs of schools and colleges. We can administer these tests to children starting at the age of 6 and a half.
Full Diagnostic Assessments: Dyslexia - £500, Dyscalculia - £600
We have availability for Diagnostic assessments mid 2025.
If testing is required sooner, you can search for other qualified assessors in your area via the Patoss website.
The testing conducted by a qualified specialist will confirm the diagnosis of specific learning difficulties, such as dyslexia or dyscalculia. A comprehensive report detailing the results and providing appropriate recommendations will be given. Universities accept this testing and report for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) applications. It is important to note that children must be at least 8 years old to undergo this testing.
Exam Access Arrangements Testing – from £65
JCQ regulations state that this testing must only be conducted by appropriately qualified specialists. White Rose Dyslexia Centre employs appropriately qualified specialists with the necessary experience, qualifications, and professional registrations to conduct examination access arrangements. We will detail outcomes within appropriate paperwork and relevant sections of Form 8.
Specialist Workplace Needs Assessment – £400
Individuals experiencing challenges associated with dyslexia can find it difficult to establish effective coping mechanisms in the workplace. It is then appropriate and often helpful to request a specialist workplace needs assessment to determine a way forward. We have an excellent understanding of dyslexia in the workplace, and following a visit and analysis of the individual’s job and the challenges it presents, we can outline appropriate recommendations as to reasonable adjustments to move performance forward.
