Diagnostic assessments

​Dyslexia/Dyscalculia Screening Tests – £90

These tests involve a range of short activities which, when analysed provide an indication as to whether a student may have a specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia or dyscalculia. A report is provided, outlining appropriate intervention and support.

 

Full Diagnostic Assessments – £450

We are currently fully booked for diagnostic assessments until early 2025.

Therefore we are not booking new appointments but can add you to our waiting list if requested.

Carried out by an appropriately qualified specialist, this testing will provide a confirmed diagnosis of a specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia, dyscalculia and developmental coordination disorder etc. A detailed report outlining the results and appropriate recommendations is provided. This testing and report is recognised by universities and can be used for DSA applications.

 

Exam Access Arrangements Testing – from £65

JCQ regulations state that this testing must only be conducted by appropriately qualified specialists. White Rose Dyslexia Centre employs appropriately qualified and specialists with the necessary experience, qualifications and professional registrations to conduct examination access arrangements. We will detail outcomes within appropriate paperwork and relevant sections of the Form 8.

 

Specialist Workplace Needs Assessment – £350

Individuals experiencing challenges associated with dyslexia can find it difficult to establish effective coping mechanisms in the workplace. It is then appropriate and often helpful to request a specialist workplace needs assessment to determine a way forward. We have an excellent understanding of dyslexia in the workplace and following a visit and analysis of the individual’s job and challenges it presents, we can outline appropriate recommendations as to reasonable adjustments in order to move performance forward.
